Come and enjoy JIWA Flow Yoga


Since 2003, Widya's love of yoga has taken her to India to study classical Hatha Yoga. She has studied under various gurus of ashtanga and vinyasa flow before returning to Bali in 2009. She has acquired a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and is trained to give modification postures to students of all levels. Her Jiwa Flow Yoga classes are fluid, energetic and combined with music, always fun.

Come and enjoy JIWA Flow Yoga (An energetic style of yoga linking breath with movement through alignment and structured sequencing) with Widya at JIWA Yoga and Dance Studio on: Tuesdays at 11am; Wednesdays at 9am and Thursdays at 6:30pm.
